Email Services - basic
We can enable you to manage your own authenticating users, email redirects and Pop3 accounts through our Account Manager. These services can come with full protection from spam and viruses.

Our Pop3/WebMail application utilised the latest domino light weight mail template to allows you to quickly and conveniently send and receive email via a web browser from anywhere on the internet. These account can also be accessed via POP3 using email clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, Firefox, etc. (We currently don't run IMAP on our shared services - please contact us if you need this).

You don't have to use our Account Manager to set-up, manage or change email account details, our support will do this for you anytime, free of charge as part of your Domino managed hosting services.

Our WebMail application uses the Domino 8.5.1 template which allows the choice of 3 email clients in one, Full WebMail, Lite WebMail and Ultra-Lite. You choose !

Email Services - bulk
We can also provide bulk email distribution if required using our applications that regularly deliver subscriber emails to 100,000s of users, enabling you to send mail outs to as many recipients as you require. Note we only send email bulk distributions for clients sending emails within the Australian Email Regulations act. We do not and will not send unsolicited spam emails.

Email Services - Protection
All mail is protected by the security rich Domino hosting platform and filtered for spam and virus threats with the state-of-the-art MailWall email protection system.

MailWall Email Protection
MailWall is a Multi-tiered filtering system working at each layer with specific protection mechanisms to block, reject, trap, scan and clean out Spam, Virus, Junk mail and dangerous attachments. It is constantly monitored & trained to deal with immerging threats from the internet. You receive daily report notification of each Junk or Quarantined mail. You can log in to configure your anti-spam settings to increase or decrease its aggressiveness, or update your own white lists. Our clients love it.

Anti Spam: To scan for potential spam Mail we use black lists & attachment type checking. We also use specific RULES applied to mail. If the mail meets one of these RULES it is held until checked by our administers. Administers are constantly adjusting rule sets and there are currently well over 5000 specific rule sets that to ensure that our anti-spam system blocks regularly blocks no less then 97% of spam.

Anti Virus: The MailWall system diligently protects networks from viruses with out having to purchase any software or hardware.

Updates are continuously and automatically performed across the network. Updates are carried out in the event of a new outbreak, providing up to the minute protection from even the most advanced email viruses, worms and other forms of mail-ware long before traditional Anti Virus signatures are available.

All emails that are accepted through our gateway are scanned for viruses. If a virus is found, it will try to be cleaned, if it can not be cleaned the attachment may be deleted or moved to quarantine. A notification is then sent to the sender and recipient.
